Q: What is different about a design/build company?

A: As a design/build company, we are both the architect and the builder of your project, and we have the ability to oversee all aspects of the process, from initial concepts, to drawing blueprints, acquiring permits, making material selections, and finally, building and maintaining your home. The capability to guide you from concept to reality guarantees your time and money saved and a superior level of creativity, teamwork, craftsmanship, service, and commitment. The IMAGINE Your Home Concept Center is located at 1799 Willow Road in Northfield, IL. The following directions are the most direct routes to IMAGINE. If you require alternate directions, please call us. We will be happy to provide assistance.

Directions:

From the North - Follow I-94 E towards Chicago. Take Exit # 31/East Tower Rd. At the light at the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto the W. Frontage Rd., towards Northfield. Follow W. Frontage Rd. As it curves slightly to the right, it becomes Central Ave. just prior to the light at Willow Road. You will be able to see IMAGINE and Starbucks on your left. Turn left into our side lane and enter the lot to your right or straight ahead. Arrive at 1799 Willow Rd. See map for details.

From the City- Follow I-94 W (Edens Expressway) towards Wisconsin. Take Exit #33A/West Willow Rd. onto Willow Rd. Follow Willow ½ a block west from the Edens on the north side of the street. See map for details.

From the West - Following I-90: Follow I-90 E towards Chicago. Take the exit for IL-53 towards Rolling Meadows. Take the exit for East Palatine Rd. that turns into Palatine Rd. Continue on Palatine Rd. Express Lane, which turns into Willow Rd. Arrive at 1799 Willow Rd. See map for details.

Following I-88: Follow I-88 E towards Chicago. Take the exit for I-294 N towards O'Hare/Milwaukee. Take the exit for Willow Rd towards Glenview/Northbrook. Arrive at 1799 Willow Rd. See map for details.

Finding a parking space at IMAGINE is easy. We have provided two separate entrances for your convenience. Our front entrance is accessible from the north side of Willow Road. Additional parking is also available near our side entrance, in the public lot.
